Who Should Attend?

The reality is that anybody dedicating themselves to mission-driven work could benefit from intentional retreat time, so we don’t have any rules about positional authority as a prerequisite for attendance.

What’s most important is that you are committed to carving out the space to be present during the day and participating fully.

Those who will get the most benefit out of the day:

• Those who lead, run, direct, or strategize for any mission or purpose-driven enterprise
• Anyone with influence in a B-Corps, nonprofit, NGO, social-services organization, or purpose-driven for-profit
• Consultants, entrepreneurs, and coaches working in or with purpose-driven organizations
